BRF just showed signs of contam.

I can re PC them and use them? I mean, the spores just germinated and there are some tiny green spots, would it be possible to do this or should I just chuck/start over?

chuck it and start over. You are only seeing what has came through the surface and sporolated. Mould mycelium is white so you only spot it once it turns white.

Its already eating some of the substrate.

Check over your sterile procedures, mould is usualy always introduced at inoculation. Either from a contaminated syringe or iffy sterile procedures.

Make sure to

Use a glovebox/flowhood
wear gloves
wipe gloves with alc
wipe jar lids with alc
flame needle red hot before each jar

Oh I did all of the above, I think it's due to improper syringe storage.

That could do it.

Syringes should be stored in a ziplock bag in the fridge. If you watch RR's vid, the syringes get transfered into the glovebox while still in the bag, then removed from the back within the glovebox, then once finished with back into the bag.
