cow manure/coir/coffee bulk recipe

I've been trying to pick a good recipe for by bulk and while i was researching, i saw RR say a couple times that he uses a mixture of cow manure, coir, coffee, verm, and gypsum. since this is what i was planning on using anyway i decided to stick with it. unfortunately i can't seem to find him saying how much of each he uses.
so if RR, or someone who knows his secret recipe, would like to help me out a bit that would be awesome. otherwise i'll probably just test a few different ratios of manure/coir, add a quart of coffee per tray, enough verm to get it fluffy, and 5-10% gypsum.

The idea is that mushrooms like variety, so you can use any ratio you see fit and find out what works best for you. It's not like baking where if you throw off the ratio the entire formula is ruined. This is like cooking, where you add a little of this and that 'til it tastes good.Mushrooms love manure and they love coir, so anything involving those two should be ideal whatever their ratios. 10% Gypsum by volume is the only thing you should be observing proportion-wise.

That can be cut to 5% without a loss in performance.
The addition of up to 50% vermiculite to any other bulk substrate ingredients will boost performance. RR
