I'm with ya buddy. My 30 something colleague at work just left on maternity leave. When she started to show a little, and especially when her ass started to stick out just a little bit more I went from being regularly annoyed by her and every now and then thinking she was somewhat attractive to basically having a boner just from being around her.
Part of it is the glow they get and that extra bit of fatty tissue in the right places as well as the accentuated curve in a pregnant woman's spine, but I think it mainly just comes down to instinct. From a biological standpoint, any urge for sex is really the urge to reproduce. And when you see a decently fine specimen well and knocked up, it gives your hormones a surge just knowing that she's fertile and not only capable of producing but that fruit is ripening and she's in your domain.
It's funny to think about how getting some ass is all about fulfilling your biological imperative. All the more reason to not have kids, to assert that you are motivated by more than your animal programming.
