what are some things that improved you life?
for me:
- psychedelics, of course - eating well and excersising - shpongle
and new things i'm starting out i think will improve my life
- meditation - books - travel
what about you guys? be as specific as you want. the more uncommon i guess that better so we can all get ideas which aren't obvious.

improved: MUSIC all types but lots of metal switching over to the company i work for 5 months ago excersise i can't spell that and it's not coming up in spellcheck cooking talking to my family more- this includes my decision to move back in with my dad and stepmom 5 months ago after living on my own for 5 years. breaking up with my boyfriend of 5 years 5 months ago. cutting back drinking DMT spending more time alone staying true to myself and my ideas and researching things that interest me or that make me happy despite what the people around me think shroomery for all the assholes on here the good people def make up for it. i get a lot of inspiration from things on here and learn a lot about things that interest me...kind of ties into what i said above. shopping
things i want to start to do to improve my life more:
pretty much same as OP. i want to meditate and read more books also do some sort of yoga or pilates and travel would be nice...of course the reason i don't do these things now is because i don't have enough time with work and school.

- Finally breaking the "cardio wall". When you learn how to get over the initial fatigue when running/doing cardiovascular exercise, and make use of your "2nd wind" - Cutting out my intake of saturated & trans fats, and eating more fruit - Staying away from cocaine from the most part. Even if I could afford to do it all of the time, it's just bad for life in general... turns you into an insomniac that's drained & short of breath all the time (well turns ME into that.) - Doing psychedelic drugs improved my life. It's hard to state that in a way that I could have measured though. I just think I wouldn't have appreciated the beauty of anything quite as much if it wasn't for marijuana & mushrooms. I got into regular pot smoking & occasional tripping at a young enough age that it's hard for me to imagine what my current adult understanding of life & my consciousness in general would be now, had I never tried any psychoactive compound more potent than caffeine.
