I cant imagine having the opportunity to sell nugs and then go break a state law.  Let alone get told from the feds that if i dont break state laws that im not going to be hunted, if what the guy said about the homeless getting buds with out a recommendation is true then this guy that owned the dispensary is a moron.

Nothing was broken from what Obama said. It was understood that dispensary's would be raided if they broke both federal and state law. This dispensary apparently broke state law so you know what they deserve it.

It still should be up to the state to enforce it, especially in a case such as this.  But yes, I don't think this one can be blamed on Obama and so far he has kept to what he said as best as I know.

Bottom line: This guy most likely screwed around on his taxes and the gov is pissed that he is making out on something that is already considered a privilege at this time. Free MJ day is probably a good time to make extra claims on losses. I don't know for sure, but either way it is shady.

One thing you don't want to do with this already very touchy new business model is fuck the government over on their (rather large) share of the loot.

Give them what they want in this new beginning, make them happy. Let's  show the gov that this can really benefit them and maybe it'll spread throughout the rest of the US states.
