whole grain jars last?....................

Hey, just a quick question, I resently purchased some whole grain jars from a respectable company, does anyone know how long I can wait to inoculate the jars before they go bad?

If the company is as you state? Ask them. They should be able to advise you about their product, better than those who have no knowledge about it.

They sent you no instructions or -use by- date?

My experiance is you want to innoc any sterilized jar of grain or seed. ASAP
