Murder most foul

Let's say Person A's business partner embezzled $200K of company funds and was shtupping his wife. Person A carefully plans out his partner's early demise - and is caught. That is first degree murder, and the most heinous form of life-taking.
Person B is cutoff in traffic. He follows the offender to a parking lot and in a rage, crushes the other motorist's head in with a tire iron. This is second degree murder and carries a lighter sentence.
Total loss of emotional control is favored over a logical plan by society. "Oh, you went batshit crazy? OK, we will give you a break." This seems backwards to me.
Who would you rather have living next to you: Person A or Person B?

Actually this is correct as at least we unconsciously know that most humans are emotionally out of control and covered by that oh so thin veneer of siphilization.

If you kill other people strictly for food is that murder?

I would say no it's not. It's survival and a worthwhile goal.

Not if you say a prayer of thanksgiving to the Great Spirit and explain to the human why you are doing it.

However the quality of meat would be very low with most human. Where I live it would be too fatty...where you live the humans might not have enough meat or fat for you to get a mouthful.

Yum, raw meat. I almost bought some today. I got eggs instead. I will blend them up raw with whey and coconut milk. stevia and cinnimon.
Am I still on topic?

I put black beans on scrambled eggs with cumin and tumeric (curry) for lunch today. It was a good combo.

If I had to choose to live next to a murderer, then I think I would prefer Person B. Mainly cause person B seems to be operating on more of a stimulus-response mechanism to set him off. I would get on Person B's good side and make sure not to push his buttons. I can take precautions to protect myself (and loved ones) from Person B. And also knowing that Person B could go off the handle at any time is kind of reassuring, I can trust that is a possibility and be on guard.
Person A on the other hand could devise a devilish plan to sneak into my house and slaughter everyone without me ever being the wiser. I can't think of any way I could protect myself from Person A that Person A couldn't learn how to get around. I don't know how much research Person A has done on me and I am not aware of whether Person A knows my vulnerabilities (when/where I am at what time, how to get into my house, etc.).
So if I had to, I'd pick the batshit crazy murderer over the cunning and calculating murderer.

If you lived next to person B you could call the cops and when they came over just set him off and have him hauled away. You could never do that with my type (A)

And if I lived in between Person A AND Person B then I'd be making a plan to set Person B onto Person A by telling Person B, "I'm sorry to hear about Fluffy, but did you know that it was in fact Person A who killed your family dog! He hates you and says your family is next! And he's home right now!". Rile Person B up to go kill Person A before Person A has a chance to plan to kill me... hey wait a minute... which person am I again?
