If any of you dopes were interested.

Linkage.

Quote:

The most powerful person in the world is like many of you: He predicts the Tar Heels will be cutting down the nets in Detroit.

"I'm going with experience, and I think that Lawson is going to be healthy. I think having an experienced point guard who can control the game and make free throws at the end, that's going to be the difference," Obama said.

The commander in chief then turned to an ESPN camera, offering this pep talk for coach Roy Williams' crew:

"Now, for the Tar Heels who are watching, I picked you all last year -- you let me down. This year, don't embarrass me in front of the nation, all right? I'm counting on you. I still got those sneakers you guys gave me."

If it is life that you feel you are missing I can tell you where to find it.  In the law courts, in business, in government.  There is nothing occurring in the streets. Nothing but a dumbshow composed of the helpless and the impotent.    -Cormac MacCarthy

Well, thank God! Here I was worried about the Treasury buying up bonds and China, Russia and the UN pushing for a move away from the dollar as the reserve currency :foreheadslap:

I'm thankful our Commander in Chief has priorities.

I'm sorry, I find it hard to believe that pretending a basketball tournament isn't happening is going to seriously improve the state of the economy.

Sarcasm + internet = fail for me.

There's nothing he can do anyway. The ship has sailed.

It's always hard to tell.  Sorry, I should've known you aren't that stupid.

If N. Carolina doesn't win he'll probably tax their balls off.  Anyway, after the first day his picks in the tournament aren't much better than his picks for the Cabinet 11 for 16.
