Fruits from a contaminated PF TEK Cake?

Hello All,
a while back i had a contaminated PF Tek cake and instead of throwing it out (mostly because i was too lazy to walk to the trash can), i put it in a sterile cup. now, lo and behold, a bunch of Cubensis are fruiting on this cake! are they okay to trip off of? Peace, P-MAN!!!

What kind of contam?

No matter what it is probably a health risk, especially if you are allergic to the contam and you eat a million spores.
