Why do I like plants? To which I replied because they don't talk back and they reward me. The response was so do animals. My question to you is, why do you like plants?

Because they have (mostly) short and (hopefully) beautiful lives. They have the power to purify my air, feed me, free my mind and give me content when I am sober. Plants

So many different uses, interesting to look at and watch grow. Satisfying to work with and the rewards are great.
I just find them fascinating

They teach me. Patience, watch them grow. Gentleness, transplant a seedling. Peacefullness, sit in your early summer garden. Love, share your spirit with the plant you've helped grow.

I wonder why we appreciate things the way we do. Thinking about it, i can't explain where my fascination comes from, it seems to be a very human thing. Would things still be facsinating and consciously appreciated for being so if we didn't exist ?, it would seem a waste were we not here, for all i suppose the intention was never for our fascination.
We are honored to be in a position to spectate.

I like plants because without them life wouldn't exist. We get Oxygen,Food, and drugs from them, plus they are a joy to grow, especially when you can harvest something good from them.Growing plants is also very therapeutic for me,and before I even eat breakfast I go out every morning and look at all my wonderful babies.I'd have to say growing plants is my greatest hobby in life, and I'll grow until my last day on this earth

Plants remind me of what i have within me. They remind me that i grew from them. They show me how i can still utilize the powers and ways of the plants. The plants show me once again how sensitive i am to my surroundings and at the same time how i can change these surroundings myself.
