Pipe the misting machine at an angle, so that the non-fine mist condenses in the tube. Tubes cost dick at hardware stores. As for the lights, stick with the bluest light you can find, wattage is hardly an issue.

Edit: by angle I mean, like so the pipe isn't straight. An arch would probably be ideal.

Bubbler would probably be useless, but the heater may prove useful in stabilizing your temperatures. It really depends on how you plan on controlling your temps, and how much they fluctuate in your area. I personally needed a block heater, because it gets really cold at nights here.

I think you would be better off with an ultra sonic humidifier and a cool misting humidifier. But that is my opinion.
