I've actually found oral DMT to be pretty good for conversation, moreso on the comedown though.

I've never had access to khat?
I have heard it is speedy.
Is it numbing, like coke?
Also, is it at all like kratom with opiate-like effects?

What is it and does it counter the nausea?

Pharmahuasca is just like ayauasca, except you substitute the caapi for another maoi like syrian rue. It is not ayahuasca in the traditional sense, but it still works. As far as nausea...I don't know if its defeated. Still a strong drug.

Why would you call it pharmahuasca when you sub rue for caapi?
Are you sure that is what truffleupagus is refering to?
Terminology varies pretty widely when different parties make reference to specific recipes.

Because it cannot aquire the name of ayahuasca? Ayahuasca is a traditional method of making this brew by a lot of natives. Ayahuasca is caapi and chacruna especially.

In my case, we used extracted dmt in capsules and rue extract, also in capsules. There are also pharmaceutical maois that can be used in place of the rue. I think one is called marplan.
I didn't puke but my wife did. So yeah, the nausea isn't eliminated entirely and I suspect that it doesn't have the same medicinal value. But not having chills was one benefit over the brew.

If your with really good friends. LSD. When im around people im comfortable around, i connect with my friends on another level that's not possible with sobriety. Same goes for MDMA.

i find having a cig seems to enhance social encounters..
i dont know exactly why but talking to someone with a cig is better
