hey everybody. i got these really visual and potent b+ mushies (about 10g dry) that i will be making into two cups of tea. i love tippin and watching movies about nature or mythical worlds. my fav movie while tripping is the beach and tenacious d the pick of destiny. im looking for good movie that takes place in some fantasy world. example, chronicles narnia, journey to center of the earth, the lost world. i want real good eye candy movie something that i could get lost into. i have seen lots of movies so the more replies the better. thanx for your time.
10 gggggggggg gonna be a really intense night alone.

If you like fantasy-type stuff then you might want to check out Princess Mononoke which is a really well done anime.

You amaze me.
Havent done it yet, but always wanted to watch Labyrinth on shrooms. ( not pans labyrinth ) It has david bowie in it, and muppets...... cant go wrong.

Yeh I was watching the labyrinth the other night actually and thought it would definately by a cool tripping movie, lots of eye candy and thought provocing. I downloaded alice in wonderland as well so that I could watch that tripping, not watched it yet but it's definetly a very vibrant movie with some good eye candy, is usually recomended as a good movie to trip too. How the hell you could watch a film on 10g dry amazes me though haha.

Another very crazy anime I watched on TV a few months ago was "SPIRITED AWAY" it's also called "chihiro a trip to a strange neverland"

haha yea 10 grams is alot but i always do 7 grams no less. plus i shroom out alot. theres not much to do where i live. the movie store didnt have the labrynith. bastards. so ill just see what happens after my tea. ill probably just throw some bullet for my valentine into the cd player, crank it up and have tenacious d pick of destiny ready watch. maybe harvest some of my mushies.

The movie "pi"....Id imagine its a great movie to watch while tripping(not on some mindblowing dose like 10 fucking grams).
In your case Im only recommending it because on ten grams it will make you want to turn off that fucking tv.
If you really want to spend a significant portion of a 10 gram trip watching a fucking movie, then I think you have got to be one boring and retarded vegitable of a motherfucker.
Tenacious d rules. Compared to the actual D, pick of destiny was a piece of shit. I cant believe the kind of crap people watch while tripping.

If you *have* to watch a movie (I much prefer being in nature), I recommend either The Fountain or Brother Sun, Sister Moon. Both effected me deeply when I watched them on acid (15 and 3 hits, respectively).
edit -- oh, and Waking Life on shrooms was pretty crazy / interesting. Not as ecstatic or life-changing, but definitely a positive experience.

Back a few years ago here on the shroomery, these movies were recommended a lot.
A taste of past recommendations, thats all.
Hard to find, but well worth it.
Most of us would never have even heard of el topo if it was not for john lennon.
Just some good stuff. Actaully trippy stuff if you are wanting a "valuable movies on psychedelics" experience.
