i just checked my voice mail and i got a call from the people at the plasma center asking me to call them back.
they are closed till monday.....
i hope they didn't test my blood and found an std. FUCK.
maybe they just found pot...and don't want me to come back. god damn i won't be able to get this out of my head till monday when i can call them.

do they pay you each time? And is it only onto the debit card they give you? Or can you get direct deposit to your bank account or cash instead?

the place i went...DCI gave me $20 cash the first time...and then the pay goes up and down from $15 to $35 bucks altnernating visits

In most states, you can receive STD results over the phone......except HIV.
So take comfort in the fact that if they found HIV, they would have asked you to physically come in. Unless of course they were calling to schedule an appointment.

god...this could be a real life changer.
i guess on the bright side is that it was a free std screening....if i do infact have one.

im going to biolife, but on the video it says they issue the people a debit card.... That would really suck ass if I only have the choice of getting money onto that debit card

you could probably also just go to the bank and get the funds transfered into your account.
i did that with a visa gift card once. with no fees. they basically just run it as a credit card and put it into your account.

They called me after the last time I donated too, with a message to call them back.
For the rest of the night, I was like, shit, I must have HIV.
But when I called them back the next day, they were just like "Hi... we wanted to let you know... that all the tests on your blood were negative and we have another drive coming in two weeks and your blood is needed!"

so do some places get full of plasma and don't need you every week? Cause it says you can donate up to 2 times a week, but they could already have enough?
