Boards of Canada is probably the trippiest band I've ever heard

And I only just started listening to them 10 minutes ago.
Discuss and tell me what band you find to be the trippiest

Boards of Canada make the most beautiful, tasteful, smooth electronic music I've ever heard in my life. Even my roommates who can't stand most electronic music find it to be more then pleasing.

Sometimes when I'm listening to Yeasayer I feel like I'm being attacked by the gang led by the hockey-mask-wearing fella in the second Mad Max film, The Road Warrior.

dayvan cowboy and chromakey dreamcoat. download, youtube, buy do what you have to, listen to these songs cause they are great. Another band i like while tripping is polyphonic spree (more specifically "soldier girl"), but one of the trippiest of all bands is still pink floyd.

I've heard Boards of Canada before, but not recently. I don't remember the song names.
Anyone have a couple of their favorite BoC songs to recommend?

I forget who it was, but someone on here sent me the song Amo Bishop Roden by Boards of Canada. It's pretty chill. Haven't listened to much of their other stuff.

I love boards of canada. Easily one of my favorite bands and a huge influence on my own music. Fila Brazillia are another pretty trippy band that I love.

First heard "pete standing alone" in 1998 on the John Peel show, and since then I've been hooked on Boards of Canada.
Currently, I love "Satelite Anthem Icarus" on their campfire headphase album. Dayvan Cowboy is a great guitar piece, but Satelite for me is even more sublime.
And hey, it's nothing like Boards of Canada, but every musical thing Robin Guthrie's been in is top quality and I couldn't more highly reccomend him.
Boards of Canada are my favourite band, but Robin Guthrie and Nile are close.
