i.d and some simple questions

obviously active species will grow in cow manure however do other livestock droppings give a suitable meduim. sheep, kangeroos, alpacas and such. i am assuming no but could someone please clarify this for me

i am also interested in the abundance of active species. i mean are they really that common providing you have a few acres of woodchips, saturated earth, dry sclerophyllous forest. obviously some places are hotspots but generally what kind of odds has one got of finding some.

these are from a park in a high class area of which i have personally seen watered almost everyday as well as manured and all other forms of special treatment. it was once a place i would pass very often and for years i have seen a range of mushrooms there. found these after those few almost cold days we had in perth. first time pick, pathetic dried up things i know but i only want some active spores

2) Panaeolus sp.

It would help if you can post some pics of the mushrooms growing in their natural habitat.
