How harmful is peroxide to mycelium?

So one of my tubs has a really bad cobweb infestation, just when I started believing that: NOT PAYING ATTENTION, was better. WRONG!
So, it appears like the cobweb is pretty dug in the substrate. EG: Not just ontop of it, but possibly all through it. The substrate is more or less fully colonised w/ mycelium also though.
So treating it heavily with peroxide is the only chance I have of saving it, but what are the chances that applying so much peroxide will also destroy the mycelium?

Ive used a 50/50 solution for cobweb and the myc did just fine. I use a 10% solution for my misting needs as well. Just dont over-mist.

Well im using straight 3% american peroxide. However I don't think a light misting will work in my situation.
A large ratio of the substrate mix is wheat straw & verm, and so the substrate is very light and airy. Thus the cobweb mold took advantage of this, and has spread through the substrate quite readily..
I am going to need to do some heavy-duty misting if anything, This is why I am asking how harmful peroxide is to mycelium.

Yes, but only a light misting so far.

It's going to damage it. Use a 1:10 mixture. So, say you used 1 oz of peroxide 10 ounces of water.
Like I say it will damage it some...But it can recover.
If it is real bad and you live in the states where it is already like 2 percent or whatever already diluted you can mist it directly on if its that bad.
I normally mist when I see something odd with a mixture of 1:10 but if it's that bad your only hope is to use the 2 percent and mist it directly on.

Disregard above advice and totally soak your substrate with 3% peroxide right out of the brown bottle with no further dilution. It will harm the mycelium, but not as much as the cobweb will, which will destroy it.
There is NO reason to dilute the 3% peroxide further for any use. Don't use peroxide for normal misting, no matter how much you dilute it. Use plain water for misting. If you have a cobweb infestation from lack of fresh air exchange, use the 3% to kill the cobweb.
Spray your substrate three times until soaking wet with 3% peroxide at 12 hour intervals, whether you see the cobweb returning or not. Then, go back to misting with plain water. Increase fresh air exchange. RR

Just an update if anyone is interested ...
Followed RR's instructions to the T, and I now have a cobweb free tub, with lots of pins.
Thanks!

Before you do anything make sure its cobweb and not fuzzy looking MYC. My first tub of PE, had some fuzzy looking MYC and it most certainly wasn't cobweb. If its gray in color then yeah its most likely cobweb.

Yeah, I have mistaken that fuzzy myc for cobweb too. After a few days it thickened up and I breathed a sigh of relief.
