I woke up feeling good this morning which is unusual for me and I think I've realised that all my problems are due to my own negativity.

I think if I can stop feeling guilty and bad about who I am and believe eveything I do is right then nothing can go wrong.

Just be sure to get a second or third opinion every once in awhile. Faith in yourself is a great, healthy thing, but unquestionable faith can be dangerous.

Its good to think positively, but its also good to remember that you are human.

Negative thoughts will come and go...its a result of having an ego. Just learn to accept it and don't place any unnecessary energy on those negative thoughts and you will be fine.
