The Importance of an Empty Stomach
    #9632747 - 01/18/09 04:07 PM (15 years, 2 months ago)

I have about 5.3 dried grams in my drawer.

I ate soup at like 3ish and since then I've been drinking a lot of liquids to cleanse my body... I was drunk as fuck last night.

not very important, I never eat on an empty stomach, but I also don't eat on a full stomach either.

I've wondered this myself. I've never noticed much of a difference, but I wasn't trying to either. I've heard that eating before hand will both reduce nausea and give you a better trip because you have fuel. I've also heard having an empty stomach reduces nausea and that there's no benefits to eating beforehand.

Yeah I like a small meal an hour or so before. I don't want to feel weak while tripping but don't want an upset stomach either.

I find that the come-up is significantly faster on an empty stomach.

last time i had mushies was on an empty stomach, and had no energy whatsoever for the entire trip just following the come up.  that sucked, cause it triggered me to go into a bad mindset rolling around on the couch
