i'm looking for good thinking musix when stoned or not. i like old psychedelic shit. Here are some examples of the type i'm looking for. Like soft guitars, vocals and stuff.
1. May The Circle Remain Unbroken -The 13th Floor Elevators Lots of reverb in this song. not much of words but it's fawsum. only clocking in at 2:42 seconds this song makes it seem like it's been an hour. course i was incredibly stoned. he he 2. Solitude- Black Sabbath Mournful Vocals. nice and mellow. it's a sad song. it's kool cuz i was tripping out that i was sailing away from a shore. i think complete opposite of this song lol. 3. Cloud Song- The United States of America. Very nice calm song. trippy intro. for like 4 seconds or so. vocals are done by a chick. still kool. 4. Pale Blue Eyes- The Velvet Underground Nice mellow song. love the guitar in it. 5. Blue Sunday- The Doors. idk i just like this song. it's soft. My suggestion would be to download them so you know what i'm talking about. i'm trying to make a nice CD to listen to when i'm stoned with my friends. i'm not a fan of the beatles so plz no beatles stuff. i'm not dissing them, just not what i like. Thanks in advance.

I recommend Friends of Mine by the Guess Who
If youre into Clapton I would recommend his unplugged album, theyre some chill tunes.
Shine it On by the Allman Bros. Band never disappoints.

Godspeed You Black Emperor! Specifically the song Dead Flag Blues. That song gets me thinking.

Constellations by Jack Johnson. Jack Johnson is one of the few people I can sit there and listen to the entire cd from beginning to end without skipping anything. So if you dont have anything of him..., I recommend getting his discography if you plan on dl'ing.
-------------------- "It is tiresome and even humbling for the observer to be thus fettered, to be obliged to carry with him everywhere the centre of the landscape he is crossing. But what happens when chance directs is footsteps to a point of vantage (a crossroads, or intersecting valleys) from which, not only his vision, but things themselves radiate? In that event the subjective viewpoint coincides with the way things are distrubted objectively, and perception reaches its apogee. The landscape lights up and reveals its secrets. He Sees." Teilhard de Chardin "The Phenomenon of Man"
