I have a phobia of using a q-tip and someone smashing it into my ear... I always turn away from the bathroom door to avoid it opening and smashing the qtip all the way in... even when the door is locked.

I have so many fucked up phobias.

well I've never use "ice water" but I have used cold water from the tap.

also I knew somebody who would wake people who passed out w/ a drop of ice water in the ear. (not as good as ice in the ass & pussy but still funny)

I'm fanatic about using a q-tip to clean my ears at least once to twice a day.  I usually do it before and after I shower.  And if the q-tip has unraveled cotton and it's not taught, I can't use it, it drives me nuts.

I read somewhere that a guy answered the phone while a qtip was in his ear. It did not end well.

Now that I think about it I remember when my grandfather would wake me up by using a straw to drop water in my ear. I wasn't passed out from drugs though. He was just pestering me.

Another one of my phobias is water fountains.  I can't drink with anyone behind me, I'm always afraid someone might bump me hard enough to fuck a tooth up.

That happened to my grandmother when she was a child. Knocked out one of her front teeth.

My mom told me a story of it happening to her friend in like 5th grade.  She said someone actually PUSHED her head into it as a harmless joke and ever since I heard that it makes my skin crawl to think of it happening.   Ewwwewewewew!
