coir isn't the best casing material because it is nutritious, that's okay though, it will still work fine. From here you want to let it incubate for a few more days until you see the mycelium poking through the casing layer in a bunch of spots. After this occurs introduce to fruiting conditions, which means 90%+ RH, FEA, and 12/12 off light cycle.
If you want, look into patching and i suggest your read Hyphae's pinning strategy

Yeah i would not use coir as a casing anymore.I used this method of casing for probably a good 6 months, Rye cased W/ coir I mean.I had mediocre results W/ coir casing.I actually only started to use coir because i got lazy and didn't want to make the good ol' 50/50+, but now I'm back to the 50/50+ when i decide to case straight grain. But I recently have tryed my hand at bulk, and I have to say I am very pleased W/ the results!

Dung? What kind? horse and cow dung are both the best substrate to spawn to IMO. Dung that is properly dried and sifted has the best results I have seen.

Yes, that stuff is awesome- just make sure you pastuerize in water tight plastic oven bags (not a pillowcase) or else all of your manure will dissolve in the pasteurization water. Also make sure you mix it with coir/straw or verm/straw, because it is like a paste and won't colonize well on it's own. A 5lb bag will make like 10-20 18g monotubs though, so it's way cost effective... To rehydrate it, mix first in boiling water, then when it's rehydrated, add some regular water and mix with your other ingredients (straw + coir or verm) and then add water to reach field capacity. After you're done pasturizing for like 4.5 hours @ 160F, if you poke holes in your bag and let it drain it will be at perfect water content... Fuck it, check this tek out- Fahsters Bulk Tek, just remember you're using dehydrated poo, not regular poo, so only use 10-20% by *weight*, not volume (or so mycosupply recommends)... Anyway Good Luck

If you have coir then why not use it as your bulk substrate. You will get much better results from spawning to coir than you will casing grians with coir.
Plus you can fruit uncased when using bulk.
You can also mix your coir with other bulk ingredients to make a far suporious subtrate. Coir/coffee is a good starting point. Also gypsum is a good additive too.
Search around the forums, theres lots of methods with good information.
Just be sure to pasturise properly.
