Easy ID. Possible Gym?

Habitat: Dead wood mulchy area in the woods. Near a pond.
Gills: exactly as in photo, yellow orange color.
Stem: not too thick. Exactly as in photo
Caps: alot of the are flat- coned shaped. Orange yellow caps.
Bruising: no noticable bruising
Location: South Louisiana. Its very humid and has been raining...

please can i get an ID if the are good mushrooms to trip on or not.. thanks

Those are not trippin' mushrooms.  If they are Gyms, they might be G. sapineus.  However, the stem looks like it has white hairs.  If it does, it isn't even a Gym.

It appears that a couple of the stems have some tears in them but there is no indication of bluing of any kind. That in-of-itself is an indication it isn't a psilocybin. They sure are pretty though.

looking in a good habitat if your having a wet cold winter though.
