a buddies girlfriend is moving here from russia, and he was telling me how she could write me scripts for whatever.  is this true?

she can in russia, she's probably not licensed in the US where
only Doctors can write scrips, if he hits mexico, she's good to go

i was skeptical when he told me.  but apparently it's true in Russia.. just not sure if it would be the same here in Canada.

Nope, as Pris said, only docs can write scripts here in the US.

pharmacists can't write prescriptions in canada
they can however give you otc codeine :smirk:

In a few states psychologists can write scripts if they have completed neuropharmacology courses.

some is, they can prescribe all medicines except for controlled level 2, what they call c2 in pharmacy lingo.  Xanax and other benzos as well as vidodin, lortab, and norco are all c4, which are also recreational.
