If time is a man made concept, how do animals know when to go work?

I thought about this the other day; I thought that Time doesn't exist without a time-keeper who may have a bell or something.

Time doesn't exist because there was never a beginning nor will there be an end. If anything time can be reworded to anything to give us a perception of when something is. '13 moons until this. Until one thing changes we know its this and then will become that because that one thing changed'. Basically it's really hard to describe how time does not exist because it would be paradoxical in describing how time doesn't exist but still using time as an example to show time doesn't exist.
Its just used to document events. To keep us 'on track'. But i think we have an internal clock that has to do with instinct but does not relate to the 'time' we've created with numbers.

have you ever been in a state of timelessness?
coming back to time after being in a timeless state, time surely does exist. though not necessarily in a conceptual sense.

Yeah i have which is why i believe it doesn't exist. If my perception of time changes during any altered states it means time is created and only perceived and not literally there.

Surely any perceived movement or motion witnessed by the eyes is a perception of time.
