I think it's funny how the "levels" go up over time. The more time that passes by the more the "levels" go up.
So you can never ever reach the "top level" and you'll just keep trying and paying lol.

I've seen it (I think - this is the one where he calls the interviewer "glib"?). But who said anything about joining? I just want to see for myself what the typical crowd is like, first hand.

As soon as you walk in their going to start trying to brain wash you and sell you things. You'll probably get in an argument when you say no because i don't think they take rejection well. Could be funny though. Make sure you don't give them any personal information. Try and record it if you can.

Poor guy is probably trapped. He would get totally sued if he said the wrong thing...
He also had to sign a billion year non-disclosure. They all do. 
Funny how all of this started because Hubbard wanted to practice medicine without a license and avoid taxes altogether.

And the fact that you disagree with them is just a symptom of your problems. They will take any criticism you throw at them and tell you that you are only criticizing them because you are weak, or were abused as a child, or you hate people, or who knows what. They are very aggressive that way. It would be funny if there were less of them and they weren't so good with lawyers. The Amish are kind of funny... we can laugh at them and no one gets hurt. They would be a good model for any up and coming cults so we can stay on good terms.

Do you all know this or are you just speculating? I was thinking ...it's a church service, so you just go fucking sit down and listen to the sermon. Is there really going to be a point where I am barraged by criticism? I find that hard to believe.

Don't underestimate how clever cults are. They are very insidious. They may seem very kind and welcoming at first, and you may think to yourself "these are really nice people, all the hype is an exaggeration". They may say a few interesting things in the sermon which you can relate to and agree with. Someone comes up and starts talking to you, maybe even introduces you to a few people. They give you a few pamphlets and you leave thinking that it was kind of cool and that you may go again sometime. After a few visits you may have made a few friend learned a few things and consider joining. Once you join they begin slowly indoctrinating you and cause you to invest more of your time and money into the cult. The longer this goes on the harder it becomes to leave and by the end you can be an emotional and financial wreck.
My main point is that there are very clever people in this world and basically everyone is vulnerable to brainwashing. You have to be very careful.
