Odd question, what if you never remove the cake from the jar?

Found one fully colonized and sealed that has been like that for at least a month and I bet longer.

probably grow some scrawny fruits if at all.  need to get some FAE to it to do some nice invitro fruits.

LOL!  I've grown many monotubs that fruited with many side pins and underneath pins and all sorts of pins that happened other than above casing.  They proved to be a force to be reckoned with on their own!  When it comes to Monotubs.... I welcome ALL TYPES OF FRUITS!  INVITRO INCLUDED!!!

If you are harvesting properly, invitro fruits can be harvested right along with  the rest.

i just applied a casing to a half pint of spawn in a pint jar to fruit in vitro, we'll see how that goes
