I smoke these so I don't smoke cigs, but "freaking" means removing the nasty inner layer of paper so it tastes good and smooth.

To my pleasant surprise, the last two b&ms I bought at CVS were pre-freaked. Nice. I don't know what the deal is.

Where i live, "freaking" refers to taking out the tobacco and replacing it with weed.

Something else. Black and milds are cigars that consist of pipe tobacco wrapped in paper and they have a plastic tip.
