I'd like to get one. A number of people I know of use them and they all report that they are toning up much faster then usual exercise. They just jump on them whenever they have free time and are getting fast results.

Dude, seriously, the whole gender specific exercise thing needs to be cut from the ego and left at the door. Just do what works.

I think it depends upon how you use them. If you want a "light" workout, you can bounce gently & keep your arms at your side. This is terrific for someone who is elderly or recovering from an injury.
If you want a demanding workout, you can run & kick while doing Tae Bo or boxing moves with your upper body.
I got my rebounder from Amazon.

I did hear some rebounding people tell me that it's worth it to go with the more expensive rebounders. Supposedly the ones from Walnut start to sag and get less bouncy after a short time. But if you want one right away, it could do the trick for awhile.
Needak, Bellicon, and Urban are good rebounder brands, so I hear.

There there... not a big deal if you don't want to use a rebounder, man. There are countless ways to move the body around.

I've never heard of a rebounder, but it looks just like a trampoline.
My little brother and sister have a ginormous trampoline in the backyard at my parents house, and that fucking thing is great. It really is an awesome workout.
I'm bound to break my ankle on it someday though...
