When I came home from 'Nam I kept seeing Charlie in the trees... Frequent abuse of psychedelics only exacerbated things, until one day I said to myself: "Hansel," (my true given birth name), "having you been tripping peyote for three weeks straight? Maybe this is all in your head." Turns out, I was born after Vietnam happened. Who knew

I have been diagnosed with PTSD. It stems from a car accident when I was 17. We were hit head on by a drunk driver. I used to be very aggressive, depressed, withdrawn even. Anxiety attacks were frequent, among other things. I started seeing someone about it, and learned coping mechanisms such as breathing techniques, meditation, and trying to change my thought process to not sweat the smaller things. It's really hard for me to explain it on here in writing I suppose.

MDMA helped me also, it has mellowed me out so to speak. But don't go over board with it,  it can make you depressed too. It's all in your brain chemistry in how it works. For me, it's seemed to help.

Pretty f'ing withdrawn from any friends, just didn't wanna be by anyone type of thing.

It all depends on you on how much mdma you feel you should take. When you take it try and think of your "trigger" to your PTSD. And try to work your mind through it, then wait a few months maybe before your next dose. See how your personality and mind changes on dealing with situations that may of been difficult before. :sun: I wish ya luck. I KNow it sucks.

My current problem at work? Remembering things. And, I tend to have a adhd personality, and I get bored quick. In other words, I'm happiest where there's always something different to do.

I got mine when I was 17, I'm 25 now. But if you compensate, and cope with the issues you can do it, it hardly interferes with your life.

I love Xanax. My doc had me on 120 2mg bars for a while. That ruled.

yeah xanax is the best, I take it everyday.  I might have PTSD from a really bad shroom trip, unfortunately.  Or at least that's what I think causes me to have mental problems.  Also opiates help me out a lot because they never alter my mind or cause paranoia which is great.  It just gives me euphoria and a body high.
