 how to get me pinning

I got 2 double tubs been sitting in light and getting FAE and they were put out on last tuesday and still no signs of pins or knots happing how do i get these babies to go.... also they are not casded

Dunking and casing are huge benefits for moisture availability and rentention. Make sure you do this next time. In the meantime, make sure to mist several time a day in addition to your FAE and light. Aside from that, just be patient. Unless you start seeing contamination, you're fine. Just wait.

You need to describe what is in the tubs for one.
Also, patience is the key.

if you haven't seen any results why don't you apply a casing layer? A casing layer is supposed to help raise humidity and assist in primordia formation. If you already have FAE and light perhaps the humidity may be the problem. Adding a 50/50 peat/verm (with added lime) or a straight verm casing could do the trick.

I HAVE BOUGHT A HUGH MAYBE 30 40 LB BAG OF Miracle-Gro moisture control but i wanted to try non cased and case the next batch i do. but im gonna try to spray 2 spays once a day and see what happens i mean right now there is alot of condensation on the walls so well see

Condensation on the walls doesn't indicate humidity. It comes from the temperature variance between the inside temperature of the tub and the temperature outside the tub.

I know coir should do fine uncased because it absorbs a lot of moisture, but if it's a humidity problem then a casing would help regardless. If it's not a humidity problem your probibly just being impatient. I would say a casing layer couldn't hurt but I won't say that with MGMC/Jiffy mix soils just cause I've heard conflicting reports.

Casing is not meant to make up for lack in humidity. Cased substrates are more tolerent of swings in humidity but still perform best in high humidity. You should still be aimin for at least 95%.
Keep waiting, if your humidity is good and giving plenty of fae they will come.

what i did was put down a good maybe 1/2 3/4 inch layer of verm and misted to it was damp moved the verm around to get the dry verm that was under and misted till damp coverd back up and put back in light lets see how it goes
