side pinning in coir trays

so my first bulk attempt was rye to a coir mix, and out of my first 5, 3 i had to dump, but the other 2, even through never got to 100%, i stuck into my greenhouse anyways to see if i could get some fruit.  since i had little hope for the trays, and since i have more that are better to put in also, i didnt bother to foil the sides of the trays.  well you guessed it, today i saw the first shroom coming off of the side of the tray, and looking closer there are pins all over the side of the tupperware, and nothing on the tops on the trays.  it even looks like most of the pins are doomed since they are so far down the side of the trays.  should i do nothing and hope that more pins also form of top, or should i do something.  and what would that something be?  help...

more humidity?  so put wax paper over them for now and fan?  that will have pins form on the top now too?  they are not cased

Leave them alone and let them grow.  Increase your humidity.
