newbie here, help me please

hi all, a newbie here.
i have just purchased my first grow kit and have all inoculated and the mycelium  is coming along beautifully. i have 2 jars of b+ and 3 Ecuador.
  on the instructions for birthing it says just to remove the lids from the cakes and to put them in the bags n let them fruit ???

BUT.... i have purchased a large see through container and perlite...

can i get away with doing the dunk and roll i have read about on this site ??

also rather than buy another grow kit i have bought more jars, vermiculite ect and have spores but the only rice flour i can find is mixed brown and white rice flour...?? would this do ???
pleas help me.....

next time i order a pizza i'm gonna ask them to cut it into 6 slices instead of 8, because i was'nt fit for 8 the last time !!

You sound like your doing everything right. You got the kit to start you out now you are moving over to your own grow op. You've done your research it sounds like keep up the good work.
PS. dunk and roll and just put on a small square of tin foil on top of that perlite. You'll be just fine.

so wots the story with the fruiting chamber ?? i have seen so many different types. i have a totally transparent box 2ft x 15in and 9in in height.

can i just soak the perlite when the time is right put it in the box and add the cakes on the foil ??

method being to open the lid and fan the cakes twice a day or so ??
