Okay. Shrooms in Bulgaria

I may be posting this question for third time but now I want to see all the information I can get :smile: So, these are the shrooms that grow here I think

psilocybe semilanceata
psilocybe cubensis
pluteus atricapillus
paneolus subbalteatus

The only one ive seen is subbalteatus

How many pluteus atricapillus  should I eat to get a nice trip - Ive read this shroom contains psilocybin and is active, but in all my five books this shroom is said to be eidable.
As I said I have books about the complete mushroom range in BG and I cant see any other than pluteus atricapillus there so do they have other names ?
mjshroomer wrote in a previous post there are some active Inocybes, if you know such, please post their names.

Here is an authoritative paper listing all the known species and where they have been found. It's a bit of reading, but it has all the answers you could want. Good luck and happy mushrooming!
