Hey Mitch, when you do the invitro bags with that fancy mix do you harvest the bag and then place it back in the same bag? Whats you be doin for that second flush holmes?

Common sense tells me you put it in the original bag, but it just seems rather tricky to get it back in there. Maybe crack it in half and then put both halves in? Stick it in on its side so its taller and easier to fit back it?

why not just fruit in the bag, dunk in the bag, then drain the bag?

Definitely. Have you ever put one back in the bag though after harvesting? I would imagine you would have to take it all the way out of the bag to harvest side pins and what not, unless you blocked the sides from light.

don't take it all the way out of the bag then, just tilt it up and flip it on it's side. then you can rotate it in the bag to get 3 out of 4 sides as well as the bottom. then flip it over on the other side to harvest from the 4th side.

Jack does mostly invitro bags following hyrdo420's tek. (example) When he harvests he takes the entire "piece" of colonized sub out of the bag to remove the fruits, puts it back in whole, mists real well, and reseals the bag. From what he's told me, he hasn't had a problem with this method at all when it comes to subsequent flushes.

lol, old ass threads at the bottom of pages, lol.
anyway, since I read this I guess I'll answer.
process is simple:
get a gallon jug or whatever, put some tap water in it.
cut open top of bag, just under the impulse seal.
remove the substrate with fruits attached, in whole.
carefully remove all of the fruits.
place the block back into the bag the way it was before.
pour in a small splash of water onto the block, maybe 1/8 cup or whatever.
fold the top of the bag over, secure with a couple paper clips.
place bag back on shelf for another go-round.
