the sitar is something that both amazes and delights me. i like the harp and piano as well... i'd say the human voice is my all time favorite though.

I guess if I had to choose one to listen to all my life it would be the guitar. I'd like to say piano but I'm not that cultured.
I scratch, I dunno if turntables count as a musical instrument. Probably not when I do it.

you can create so many different musical landscapes with it, from metal to folk to blues, i mean cmon thats pretty fucking versatile.
