My body seems to reject it but it does prevent a runny nose.. I remember in my child hood I would do this a bunch and I did have a lot of nose bleeds and maybe thats why. But I do have a slight defect of my nose bone thus causing the structure of my nose to not be normal.
I'm going to research this on and off. This allergy medicines do not feel good for me.
I'd much rather do nothing.
This hepa doesn't help much. I wonder how clean a hospitol would be.
Good thoughts happiness ear pounding allergies.

Well your nose runs because it is trying attempting to clean it. I know in some instinces it is a bad idea to sniff ur snot because there are times when your nose has prevented bacteria from entering into your system, preventing you from getting sick. When this happens and you sniff ur snot this bacteria is forced into your system, which then makes you sick. I have done this on a few occasions which is why I have noticed it. Needless to say I blow my nose more now, but still have the tendency to sniff my snot.

I do it basically to keep it from running.
If the case is severe enough then I let it flow. Then smear it on my arm, and from there basically live like that in a world full of empty tissue boxes.
And anyways just to note my allergy progress, it hasn't yet been too bad this year. My work seems to have some nice running filters that catch the pollen before it hits my nose. But there has been times where I would straight up be sick aka, "hay fever."
The worst so far is that I have had a few bloody noses, and recently, in probably the last 3 days- I would say, "I have been sneezing blood, but no running blood in my kleenex tissues so far mang!"
But sept. is just barely here so I will just keep my allergy pills near and hopefully the gust doesn't contain too many ragweed pollen.
