What's wrong with my oysters, they are curling?

Having an issue as to my oyster mushrooms are growing and curling up on the edges when I fruit them in the basement. Outside its great, but inside I have had problems. My latest log I had to move inside when it got super hot out as the tiny caps were cracking.
I have them in my basement which is a wide open room, no cover so they in theory have fine FAE. Temp is around 19 c / 66 F, with humidity in the 80-85 range and I mist them 2x a day as the mushrooms get bigger. I have a daylight bulb on them, same one I used in the winter where I fruited in a shower stall without a problem.
Really not sure what is wrong with them. Any idea what would make them curl up like that? King oyster fruited in the same spot fine.

Looks like they should have been picked a couple of days ago.

Yea, but look at the tiny ones, they are doing it too, they only pinned 3 days ago.

I am guessing Pleurotus ostreatus, but not positive. I will check out some pictures of pulmonarious and see.

My oysters grow like that if the caps get too dry and if there's too much CO2.

I dont think they are, think just regular oyster but I could be wrong. Here is a picture of what they look like when I fruit them on the steps:

I have a feeling those are P. pulmonarius.Even the second photo presents the upturned wavy cap, low cluster count, and the size seems about right.
The upturned small caps you see in the previous pic looks like a lack of fresh air.
You say that you are fruiting them in the basement.
What do you mean by this Quote:
no cover so they in theory have fine FAE
Does this mean they don't have a plastic blanket over them or does this mean your basement door is always open. I ask because you are below ground where CO2 likes to pool. If there is not any current bringing fresh air in, there might be too much CO2. Often when I look at pulmonarious pics in commercial applications where they are being fruited densely on horizontal surfaces the caps turn up quite a bit, I bet due to all the CO2 being produced by all those fruit bodies.

They are mature. They need more FAE and lower temps to fruit better.
Personally I don't like Pleurotus pulmonarius. They seem to spoil quickly.

Yea there is no plastic cover and the basement door is open most of the time, however the air down there is not 'fresh' by any stretch with little to no air movement, which is great for creating a high humidity level, not so great for air quality. I guess I will need to play with a fan and maybe a vent pipe from the outside.
I will touch base with the fellow I got the culture from and see what type of oyster it is, thanks for the comments and advice.
