cake questions...

just wondering a couple of things...

if you steralize jars in a regular pot, and the jars touch the bottom does this affect substrate?

and if the lid doesnt have holes will that prevent colonization? becuse i noticed some jars that had holes in them were colonizing, while the ones without were not.

If jars touch the bottom, it can dry out the substrate and stall growht. Jar with holes can allow for greater gas exchange, which will increase speed of colonization.

if its sitting on the bottom the moisture in yer jars could evaporat therefore leaving yer shit dry and malnourised.

if the lid doesnt have holes, the risk of explosion is there mang,..then you prolly had to put holes in yer lid ,for innoculation, causing a vaccuum if bacteria rushing in to kill yo' shit.
sounds wacky wacky wacky to me!
good luck and K+
