3 Weeks Past 100% Spawn

I have some spawn on rye that will be approximately 3 weeks past 100% colonization by the time that I get my order from weretheshit.  I took them out of the incubator after 1 week past due time, and let them sit at room temp.  The jars of Ecuador were extremely quick to colonize, and the metabolites are beginning to build up, but the others, KSSS, mazapatec, and B+ look beautiful, no yellow at all. 

So my question is, do you think I should go ahead and spawn as planned, or should I save this expensive shit for some fresh spawn?  I know old spawn wont be as vigorous, but is it old enough to really notice a difference?

you should be fine. i used one qt jar that was 6 weeks old no problems.

you should of put them in the fridge once you took them out of incubation.

I should have but didn't realize weretheshit was on a company vacation until last week.  Was wondering what was taking so long.

well you should be alright.  metabolites are okay.  one way to know for sure is to give your jars a quick smell test before you use them.  if they smell like fresh mushrooms they good if they smell sweet, sour, rotten or just plain off dont use them. gl.
