How Long To Colonize Poo Trays / Whats This Yellow Stuff?

Ok so I crumbled some cakes last weekend and spawned to Hpoo. I used 3 half pint brf cakes per casing. I used 2.5 pints of poo per cake.
The trays have been sitting @ 77-79 degrees for 6 days and arent near full colonization.
Is this normal. Is there a ballpark timeframe of when they should fully colonize?
They appear to be about 50% or so Id say and two of them have one lil spot of beaded up yellow liquid in a spot or two.
Based on my reading I am assuming this is Metabolites.
I guess I just want an opinion on how long it takes because I am getting a bit worried.
Sorry about the blurry pics. My camera is taking a shit on me I believe.

Looks good, but didn't answer any of my questions.

If you used more cakes than manure, the colonization should be much faster than what it is. Your pictures are blurry as hell, but from what I see the manure looks chunky like you haven't broken it up and it looks really wet. Compacted chunks of manure will be harder for the myc to colonize than airy, broken up manure. Was the manure properly leeched and pasteurized before you used it?

The manure was aged/leeched. I pasteurized using a pillowcase @ 160 degrees for 45 minutes. The manure still seemed a little wet after draining for about 10 hours.
I did break it up a bit. Wasn't too sure of how much to break it up and how much handling was safe.
I didn't use more cakes than manure. I used 5 half pint jars of manure for every 1 half pint cake.
The manure is clumpy in some spots. Is there anything I can do to save these? Or will they eventually colonize? Will contams get me first?
Sounds like I may be doomed on these huh?

OK, with those ratios your colonization speed is normal. Colonization can take up to or over 14 days, so don't get too worried just yet.

Shhewww.... I was really getting a bit freaked there for a minute.
As far as manure being clumpy. Is it ok to break it up real fine after pasteurizing? No teks explain this. I figured handle it as little as possible to avoid contams. Can anyone clear this up?
