Doing 24 1/2 pint jars in a PC, question...

I actually have 36 jars but only a couple of shotgun FCs so I think Ill do 24 jars with casings since my room is limited.

Anyways since Iam doing 24 and my PC holds 8 at a time for a total of 3 sets with the PC. I want to do everything in order and since Iam doing it by myself I cant be at the stove and at my glove box at the same time.

Can I sterilize the 8 jars then move them so they can cool in a tub while I begin to do another 8? I would like to get all 24 ready before I noc them.

Bad idea or is it fine?

Yes its fine to use your pressure cooker more than one time.

*EDIT*

and if you're talking about preparing substrate while the other jars cook, yes thats fine as well.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I had just ment that in all the video teks for BRF it showed them doing a few jars with them BEING HELD inside the PC until cool and then went straight to noc'ing them.

Well I'am doing more than a few jars so can I take the jars out of the PC and let them cool somewhere else while I put another batch in the PC to save time?

I would like to have all 24 jars sterilized befre I noc them, that safe?

Yeah that is fine, I have let BRF/Verm jars sit for 5-6 days before innoculating them.

just do 8 a day
