Found these walking threw the woods and decided to ask what they are.
1)
Habitat: Dead rotting tree stump
Gills: Tannish/white
Stem: Thick tannish color
Cap: Dark caramel color. Flat
2)
Habitat: All around the forest floor under leaves and other debris
Gills: White
Stem: Blue, Stains a darker blue when touched
Cap: White and very thin.
There were a lot of these growing everywhere in a certain part of the woods. There were also wavy ones that looked like little flowers nearby.

Pics are too blurry to tell what they are.
Sorry to doubt you but I don't think the white one was really bruising blue. Could you get some pics to show that?
Here are some tips on photographing mushrooms. You don't need a tripod like it says but there is some good info in here

Umm... what am I missing besides a spore print? I'm taking one of the white mushroom but I didn't pick the first one.

Clear pics of both the underside and top of the mushroom would help a lot. Also it is important to know if the mushroom was growing from wood or directly from the ground.

Looks brown to me but I can't really see it.
Honestly neither looks active to me. The first isn't for sure, the second...doesn't look like any active species I can think of but if it really is turning blue then it is kind of interesting anyway.
It seems to have white gills and if the spores are mature and the gills are still white it would drop a white print...And none of the mushrooms with a white print are active.

the first was growing from a tree stump and the second from the ground all over the place near some fallen trees

I was going to guess Lactarius on the first one, but since you say its growing from wood it might be something more like Tubaria. The little depression in the center of the cap points in that direction. Doesn't really look much like a Lactarius anyway.
Tubaria is a non-toxic lookalike of the deadly Galerina.
Still need some clearer pics of the second one. Also search google images for Marasmius and see if you can find anything that matches.
