I went to my Dads creek bottom yesterday afternoon for some channel cats and found some nice surprises along the way
Its not much but its enough for me! sorry some of the pics are blurry
some sort of inactive pans I believe
I Finally found some copes out there as well ! I decided to let them grow so there are more habitat shots coming soon

type of catfish. good food, get up to 10lb with some regularity and up to 58lb for the record. i used to live on beans, rice, taco-bell sauce packets and my fishing license

Nice pics! I wish that the Houston area would get some good rain. I am afraid that we are going to a bad dry spell for a while.

thanks for the comments guys I appreciate it. Found copes out there yesterday that were already dried from the sun but we've had some Nice storms rolling through with more on the way!
It was one hell of a weekend indeed. I dont know if Im abnormally sensitive to cubes or what.. but I just ate 1 and had an intense 5hr+ trip.
