Here's one that I say before going to bed:
Divine Goddess,
I pray for all beings to awaken from the wheel of suffering
Into Nirvana, eternal union, light, bliss, and fulfillment
I pray to grow daily in compassion, wisdom, patience, clarity, joy,
and all virtues that will help me benefit all sentient beings
Amen.

Here is a little thanksgiving we do when we inoculate, we are either thanking grain, sawdust or straw. I will do this for grain.
Oh great mother of one thousand names hear us give thanks.
Thank you earth for bearing this grass in your womb, and nurturing it to maturity.
Thank you water for the aqua vita that maintains and helps these grains grow.
Thank you fire(or sun) for the spark of life, for the warmth that allows all life.
Thank you air(or wind) for spreading the seeds that assure next years harvest.
Thank you ether(spirit or the stars) for conceiving of and maintaining the infinite cycle of life and death. From the stars(ether) we came and to them we shall return.

I wrote this down at a very diffcult time of mine. I've never been one for prayer, but this one helped me out in rough times.
To everything that lies ahead, I await eagerly.
To everything that lies behind, I remember fondly.
To everything now, I live.

Stop thinking, relax, breath, and bring harmony into your life.
This isn't so much a prayer as it is something I just try to hold on to during stressful periods of my day to day life. I have a small worry stone type thing that has "Harmony" and the chines symbol for harmony engraved on it, and whenever I get particularly stressed I take it out of my pocket and hold onto it and think the above to relax and try and maintain my positive attitude.
Normally I'm very pessimistic, and this thought process has really helped me turn it around and make a dramatic impact on my mental health.

may all my actions arise out of intuitive wisdom
spontaneously. and, in harmony with their environment.
may i refrain from activity contrary to nature,
and let every be allowed to do what it naturally does.
so it's own true self, essence, nature, being;
will be satisfied, joyful, peaceful and happy.
may i do this to diminish the pain and suffering
of all sentient beings i encounter.

(parts of this prayer are inspired by the tao of physics, and the last part is inspired by a buddhist saying)
