Question about posting pics.

Everytime i go to put a pic up in one of my posts, nothing shows up but boxes with X's in them where the picture should be. I checked and there all under the allowed size and I uploaded them through shroomery. Can anyone help me out?

well you know how when you go to post something, and theres that row of buttons right above the box your tying in? The one that says "Image" when you put your mouse over it and it has the pic mountains on it, when you click on that it says upload right next to the Url address box. Im using the code that, that gives me
