Think it could work?

I figure if I took pictures and videos of the place being sold (house or apartments and charge like a small one time fee of maybe like 100$ or something. Do it all like real professional like and such.

Any ideas?

I think it would work, although websites like you're describing are popping up all over the place.

I noticed that also. Lucky for me I live in a small ass town noone cares to cover. Mind you, not as much money involved, but its a good place for a business to start off and grow.

Sounds like a go on that then. I'd go to each and every real estate office with your idea. You never know.

Well, i hate to say, but i used to work for a real estate office and I did just that. I would do visual tours, which are panoramas of rooms and house fronts. I would take the pictures and compile them then add them to the agents' websites. If you buy the software (www.visualtour.com) it is as easy as can be. I would charge agents $85 for every 2500 sqft. I imagine if you went to all of the real estate offices in your town you could get a business going.
