innoculating cakes with cakes?

so i was thinkin i could take mmy fully colinized cake cut it up into pices and inoculate some more cakes with it no?

I recon 99% chance of contamination...
I'd stick to prints and syringes.

i dont know about cakes, but i know you can do it with grain.

You -can- do this but it is true, your chances of contamination are higher.

I just did 3L if WBS this way using 250mL of colonized WBS - but I used a glove box and was totally aseptic.

i would say your best bet would be to break the cake up for a tray or something, then stick a piece of the myc into an LC
