Dreaming/projection/lucidity...

Im really interested in this stuff but i know nothing about any of them, the only thing i know is some dreams make you heal wounds from the past or are symbolic of things you are going through.
as far as what id call paranormal dreams, i have had 3 dreams before that were very different from "normal" dreams,
1 where i was out of body floating out the window and i could feel it 2 where i was lucid but with no control, which freaked me out, i was drinking beer, but was aware i had to wake up and go to work in an hour so was like wtf am i doing!? 3 where i was at an old sports field where we used to play sports at school, and i thought to myself "i shouldve appreciated playing sports at school more" then it turned dark and i shot up/beamed up to a star/constellation, thats all i remember
Something which has been happening alot to me recently is falling asleep but being aware i am falling asleep, or maybe im already asleep falling into a dream? Whatever it is im aware that im going somewhere, it feels scary in a way as i feel im being sucked into some other place.
Any insights or tips?
Im sure itll all happen at its own pace but astral travel/projection sounds like something im destined for, as everytime i come out of deep meditation i feel like i want to go somewhere else in the universe, and that its totally possible.

Dont let it feel scary is my advice. Its hard to do anything if you have a sense of fear constantly nagging at you. I know its easier said than done but i believe that is the key to you kicking the door down on the whole astral projection/lucid dreaming experiment. "You" felt scared, lose the "you" in the equation and there is nothing for fear to act upon. Im sure you already understand this though you seem to have a better perspective on ego loss than i do. Best of luck.

It definatley seems the more "I" am gone the more lucid the dreams are, and the more deep sleep i seem to have.
I will face the fear lol!

I like your thinking there.
And, dare to be afraid!
If one dare to be afraid, one will not be afraid; of fearing! Thus avoiding the 'ultimate' fear...
