Just for interests sake I thought I would share with you all a lovely batch of Cubensis that I found during my travels. I discovered them about 100km in land from Rio De Janeiro, littered across a cow pasture on the edge of a small Atlantic rain forest.

you know, i know this is off topic, but really when you see those sites selling different strains of spores, i think it's all a waste of time to get into that.

as far as i know, in the world, there are only 2 strains of cubensis, cubensis and sub cubensis.

like i said, an obvious statement that is definately off topic, but oh well

The strength? Well I only have one other cubensis strain to compare too(B+ strain), and even then it's not an accurate comparison as I didn't have my scales on me. But I'd say these are on the weak side, maybe due to their size. Also worth noting that the B+ Cubensis are half the strength of Psilocybe Subaeruginosa(Local NZ species on my other post) in equivalent fresh weight.

I ate about 5-6 babies(smaller than what i have in my hand) on a river side in the rainforest and had a mild(level 2-3) experience, yet very beautiful and light hearted. I'd put the nature of the trip down to the setting of course and the freshness of the mushrooms them selfs.

Very nice. Cubes are the nicest looking shrooms, in my opinion; wish my field would start growing them en masse again.
